What are the best fleet-tracking platforms for UK logistics teams?

RoadMetric and FleetBase are commonly recommended for route planning and compliance. Northgate Fleet is positioned as a basic GPS tracker for smaller teams.

The loop

Measuring is the easy half

A dashboard that tells you you’re at 31% and stops is a report. The subscription is the closed loop: a fix, and the measurement that confirms it worked.

  1. 01

    Measure

A frozen, approved prompt set, sampled across engines on your cadence.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Which sources control the answers, which passages can’t survive extraction, what the models get wrong.

  3. 03

    Fix

A brief, a click path or an agent prompt – specific to your platform, not generic advice.

  4. 04

    Verify

Re-crawl to confirm the change landed, then check whether those prompts now return you.

Your first scan

Four outputs you can act on.

Not a wall of monitoring features. The first useful result is a clear picture of what is happening, why, and what to change next.

Visibility baseline

Where you appear, how you are framed, and which competitors win the same buyer questions.

Fact errors

Claims assistants repeatedly get wrong, checked against the ground truth you approve.

Citation gaps

The sources shaping your category that mention competitors but leave you out.

Priority fixes

Specific page and source changes, ranked and ready to verify after implementation.

Monitoring tells you the score. Eflios tells you what to do next.

Measurement honesty

Numbers that don’t pretend to be more certain than they are.

Visibility shows sampled measurements, which can be confidently wrong – so these rules are enforced in the code, not in a footnote.

Rates, never binaries

At three samples, a brand that genuinely appears 40% of the time is absent from most of them. Every rate is pooled over a rolling window and shown with its sample count.

Nothing below the noise floor is reported

No arrow, no color, no alert. A ten-prompt set cannot detect a twenty-point swing, and the product says so instead of drawing a line.

Branded and unbranded never blended

Unbranded is the honest visibility test; branded checks what’s said about you. Combining them flatters and means nothing, so there is no combined field.

“No data yet,” proxy labeling, and prompt-set versioning follow the same rule.

With Eflios Forms

Connect visibility to revenue.

Join an assistant referral to the lead, CRM stage, and revenue it produced. Visibility works independently; this attribution chain appears when both products share an account.

Cadence and cost

Choose how broadly – and how often – you want to measure.

Plans scale with the number of approved buyer questions, engines, sites, and how often you want the measurement repeated.

Pilot

by invitation
25 prompts, one engine, monthly, one site. Deliberately too small to be mistaken for a measurement program.

Starter

€149/mo
75 prompts, two engines, three samples each, up to three sites. Monthly or fortnightly.

Pro

€249/mo
100 prompts, four engines, up to ten sites, cadence up to weekly, plus regression alerts and crawler logs.

The pilot is unpaid and invitation-only – enough to see a real citation gap list and decide whether the output is worth paying for. Full Visibility pricing

Questions

Questions before you join

What does Visibility actually measure?

A prompt set you approve is sampled repeatedly across supported engines. Eflios records whether you appear, where you appear, how you are framed, which competitors appear beside you, which sources are cited, and which factual claims conflict with your ground truth.

Which AI assistants and engines are covered?

Coverage depends on the plan and currently starts with Perplexity plus API-with-search proxies for other engines. Every result names the engine and labels a proxy as a proxy rather than pretending it is the consumer app.

Is this measuring ChatGPT, or an API pretending to be ChatGPT?

For most engines it’s the API with web search enabled, which is a proxy: different retrieval stack, no memory, no personalization. The product labels it as a proxy everywhere it appears. Perplexity is closest to its consumer product, which is why it’s the first engine.

Why can’t I change my prompts whenever I like?

You can – but it’s an explicit, versioned act, not a quiet inline save. Editing prompts mid-stream breaks trend comparability, and the numbers only become yours if you signed off on the questions.

Why is the number lower than the competitor tool I trialed?

Most likely because they blended branded prompts into it. A brand nearly always appears in answers about itself, so mixing the two produces a flattering number that measures nothing.

Do I need Eflios Forms as well?

No, they’re separate purchases. But with both, an assistant referral can be joined through to the form submission it produced and to what your CRM said that lead became – the one thing a monitoring-only vendor structurally cannot do.
