Pricing
Priced like infrastructure, not a form builder.
The honest comparison is not a free form tool – it is an agency charging €500–2,000 to set up server-side conversion tracking, or a developer week you never get back. Two products, bought separately, on one account and one login.
Eflios Forms
Capture is free. Server-side delivery is the paid line.
Every tier captures the full attribution payload and stores the lead before anything fires. What you pay for is sending it to the ad platforms correctly – the part that costs us money to run.

Enough to run a real form and see the attribution Eflios captures. Server-side destinations are the paid part, because they're the part that costs us money to run.

Eflios Visibility
Cadence and prompt count are the plan
Every cycle is real spend on LLM APIs – 75 prompts across two engines at three samples each is 450 calls. That is why the tiers are shaped like capacity rather than like a feature checklist, and why there is no free tier.
Visibility Starter
most bought€149/mo
A frozen, customer-approved prompt set measured on a monthly or fortnightly cycle, with the citation sources and factual errors behind the number.
- Prompts
- 75
- Engines
- 2
- Samples
- 3 per prompt
- Cadence
- Monthly or fortnightly
- Prompt monitoring with pooled mention rates over a rolling window
- Citation mining – the sources that decide your category, and whether you're in them
- Fact monitoring against a ground-truth sheet you maintain
- Competitor share of voice across the same set
- Site crawl, retrievability scoring, schema workspace
- Content briefs tied to the prompts you're losing
- Up to 3 sites
Visibility Pro
€249/mo
Weekly cadence across four engines – for teams actively changing pages and needing to know within days whether it moved.
- Prompts
- 100
- Engines
- 4
- Samples
- 3 per prompt
- Cadence
- Up to weekly
- Everything in Starter
- Weekly runs across four engines
- Regression alerts – schema vanished, page noindexed, crawler blocked
- AI crawler logs – which pages GPTBot and friends actually fetch
- Fix packets: Webflow and Framer click paths, or an agent-ready prompt
- Verify loop – re-crawl after a fix and confirm it landed
- Up to 10 sites
There is also an unpaid pilot, by invitation
25 prompts, one engine, monthly, one site – enough to see a real citation gap list and decide whether the output is worth paying for. Deliberately too small to be mistaken for a measurement program. Why the size matters
How buying works today
Nothing is self-serve yet
Accounts aren’t open and there is no checkout, so the prices above are published to be judged rather than paid. Join the list and we come to you in order; if you already know which plan you want, say so in the email and you’ll be talking to the person who built it.
Questions
About the price, specifically
Why is there no free tier for Visibility?
Every measurement cycle is real spend on LLM APIs – 75 prompts across 2 engines at 3 samples each is 450 calls per cycle. A free tier would either be too small to produce an honest number or would be us subsidising sampling noise.
Why is Starter more expensive than a form builder?
Because it isn't priced against form builders. The comparison is an agency setting up server-side conversion tracking for €500–2,000, or a developer week. Against that, €39/mo is the cheap option.
What happens when I go over the submission limit?
Nothing is dropped. Overage is billed per submission at the rate on your tier – losing a lead to a quota would defeat the point of the product.
Do I need both products?
No. They're bought separately and priced separately. They share one account and one login because the interesting thing happens when you own both: an AI assistant referral can be joined to the form submission it produced, and then to whatever your CRM says that lead became.
Can I pay annually?
Yes – annual billing is roughly two months free. Ask when you get in touch.
Early access
The free tier is the evaluation.
That’s the plan for launch: run a real form on Free for a week, and if the attribution payload doesn’t show you something your ad platforms are missing, don’t upgrade. The list is how you get there first.
